Reech supports Salop Leisure’s Christmas Comfort and Joy initiative

Reech | Salop Leisure PR

Reech are pleased to be supporting Salop Leisure with its new Christmas Comfort and Joy initiative.

Running daily from Monday 5th December until Wednesday 21st December, Shropshire businesses are coming together to offer elderly Shropshire residents the opportunity to enjoy an afternoon of festive fun at Salop Leisure’s Emstrey headquarters. With food, classic Christmas films and great company on offer, we’re pleased to be helping to spread the festive cheer.

With support from local Shropshire businesses, Salop Leisure is able to offer a subsidised price for the event, meaning each person attending will pay just £2 rather than £9.50. The Salop Leisure team is expecting to host around 30 guests a day.

“While many of us are looking forward to Christmas, large numbers of older people are experiencing loneliness. Add the pressures of the cost of living crisis and this time of year can be difficult. We’re proud to be supporting Salop Leisure with this great new initiative, providing some comfort and warmth for Shropshire’s elderly residents.” Amelia Redge, Head of Marketing

Spaces are offered on a first come first served basis and are expected to go quickly. If you’d like to attend, please contact Salop Leisure on 01743 282400 or email [email protected].

Reech is proud to be working alongside Salop Leisure, Berrys, SJ Robert Homes, Lowfield Timber Frames Ltd and Morris Leisure Touring Caravan and Holiday Homes Parks on this great initiative.
