Hold Your Horses, We Have Chosen our Reech and Reward Charity!
The votes are in, and we can officially announce the recipient of our 2026 Reech and Reward initiative: The Cavalier Centre!
Following what was hands-down our most competitive application round ever, this incredible Shropshire charity will receive £20,000 worth of dedicated marketing support from our team. We’re talking a total rebrand, a high-performance website, and fresh media content to help them scale their impact.
Who Are The Cavalier Centre?
Let’s meet our charity!
If you haven’t come across The Cavalier Centre before, they’re an incredible charity tucked away near Much Wenlock. Their team and brilliant herd of therapy horses support children and adults living with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and mental health challenges. From carriage driving and horse riding to equine learning, the work they do builds confidence, teaches independence, and develops physical strength. It’s real, life-changing stuff.
When they came into our Shrewsbury HQ for pitch day, they completely blew us away. The energy, heart, and true passion they brought to the room made it clear just how much potential this marketing overhaul would bring for them.
5 Years of Reech and Reward
We launched Reech and Reward 5 years ago to give local non-profits complete access to our strategy, design, content, and web teams. To mark our 5-year milestone, we doubled our usual pledge from £10,000 to £20,000 to deliver an even bigger boost to a cause close to home.
The Cavalier Centre joins a fabulous lineup of past recipients, including our friends at Shrewsbury Food Hub, Brightstar, Dog A.I.D., and Stay.
What The Team Says
“This was easily our toughest round of Reech and Reward yet,” says our Founder and Managing Director, Rob Hughes.
“We were blown away by the work happening across Shropshire, but when The Cavalier Centre pitched, you could instantly feel their ambition. The work they do every single day is extraordinary, and giving them a modern brand and website will help take their impact to the next level. We honestly can’t wait to get stuck in.”
As you can imagine, working on our charity initiative is always a highlight for the team, as we get to see the real impact of our work in our local community. Each of our departments will have the chance to get stuck into whatever projects arise, and it’s safe to say everyone is thrilled to be working on such a fun and meaningful collaboration.
What’s Next?
Over the next few months, we’ll be working side-by-side with The Cavalier Centre team to bring their new brand and website to life.
Here’s what Hayley Jay, Centre Manager at The Cavalier Centre, had to say:
“We are completely over the moon to be selected for this year’s Reech and Reward initiative! Every single day we see how transformational horse-assisted therapy is for the adults and children who come through our doors, but telling that story and reaching the people who need us most is always a challenge.
Having the team at Reech in our corner feels surreal. This will make a massive difference to everything we do here, helping us support our fantastic volunteers and reach even more people across Shropshire.”
Results, Results, Results
