Proud to be supporting the first ever King’s Awards
We’re proud to be supporting the first-ever King’s Awards for Enterprise across Shropshire and Herefordshire as marketing partner.
Following two special launch events at Origins at Shrewsbury College and Telford College, local businesses interested in entering are now being urged to get their applications in!
The Reech team have been supporting the awards for the past three years, celebrating the outstanding achievements of local businesses and increasing the numbers of entrants and (most importantly!) winners from Shropshire and Herefordshire. Having designed and developed a bespoke website, supported by a downloadable digital brochure, social media assets and media capture (including filming video testimonials with past winners and the Lord Lieutenant of Shropshire), we’ve worked to increase the digital reach of the awards.
Faye Hudson, Head of Client Marketing at Reech, said “We love working with the King’s Award for Enterprise team as their local marketing partner. One of our favourite parts of our job is to help raise the profile of local businesses and that’s what the awards are all about – recognising excellence and celebrating remarkable business achievements. There’s so much support out there for businesses looking to enter, so I would urge you to get in touch with the team and put yourselves forward.”
The Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire, Anna Turner, the King’s representative in the county, said: “As the first enterprise awards of the King’s reign, this year’s recipients will carve out their own little bit of history.“
“We have some fabulous and innovative businesses in this county and I hope many of them will apply. The launch events are intended to inspire companies to enter and to give owners and managers the confidence to put together an application. The awards raise the profile of businesses and the whole county alike, and I look forward to seeing many of you take part.”
Mrs Turner added: “These are the most prestigious awards available to UK businesses and are designed to recognise and encourage outstanding achievements in innovation, international trade, sustainable development and promoting opportunity through social mobility.”
“As well as being allowed to use the award logo on your marketing materials for five years, award winners receive an official certificate and crystal trophy and an invitation to a royal reception.”
