Reech and Reward 2026
In case you’re new here, Reech and Reward is our Shropshire charity initiative, where we choose one Charity of the Year to dedicate 12-months of marketing support. It’s the chance for a local charity to get the boost they need, get their services out there, and make a real difference.
Well, it’s that time of year again where we launch another year of Reech and Reward, and start the search – Dragons Den style!
A 5 Year Milestone
Since its debut in 2022, Reech and Reward has provided local non-profits with full access to our specialist teams, including strategy, web, digital marketing, and creative. Previous winners, including Shrewsbury Food Hub, Brightstar Boxing, Dog A.I.D., and Stay, have used the partnership to take on total rebrands, launch major awareness campaigns, and develop high-performing digital platforms.
2026 marks the 5th year for the programme. That’s 5 years of dedicated charity support, and 5 years of making a difference to the local community. To us, Reech and Reward work are some of the best projects to get stuck into, as we get to use our expertise to make a real difference. As we enter the 5th year, it marks a really special milestone for the team, one to be proud of.
To celebrate the milestone, we are doubling our commitment, increasing the value of marketing funding from £10,000 to £20,000. That means more support, more opportunities and more impact.
A Proud Team, Frontline and Behind the Scenes
Reech and Reward is Rob Hughes’, Founder and Managing Director at Reech, passion project. His roots are deeply sown into Shropshire, and his programme reflects the dedication to remembering that.
Talking to Rob about the origins of the reward programme, he explained, “Throughout our history we’ve supported local charities with lots of ad hoc support and one-off projects. Reech and Reward was born from thinking about how we could actually make a difference to these organisations. So, we decided to put our efforts into supporting one charity for the year and delivering real, tangible results.”
The decision to double the fund to £20,000 was a no brainer. As we continue to grow as an agency and work with global clients on large-scale projects, we’re determined to show that dedication to where we are so proudly from.
Behind the scenes, Reech and Reward is a team effort. Gaining access to our entire suite of teams, our Charity of the Year becomes part of the Reech family. When asked what Reech and Reward means to the agency, Amelia Redge, Agency Director said, “Reech and Reward is one of our favourite times in the calendar. It brings us together as an agency with inspiring organisations and lets us use marketing frameworks trusted by the biggest brands to help local charities achieve their goals.”
For the entire team, the Reech and Reward projects work differently. Instead of national projects for a B2B audience, these charities work on a local scale, where we see the difference in the communities we work and live alongside. A brilliant part of Reech and Reward is our match fund projects. Each year, it gets harder to choose just one charity, so we open up the floor to all of the charities that applied, promising to match a £5,000 project of theirs. This way, we still have our Charity of the Year, but we also get to help other deserving charities along the way.


Applications are Open
It’s official! Applications for Reech and Reward 2026 are now open to all Shropshire-based charities and non-profit organisations!
The application process is straight forward (and really fun).
- An initial online submission. Tell us about your charity, the project or challenge you’d like support with, and the difference it could make. Most importantly, we want to hear your WHY.
- Our team will review every application and shortlist three charities that we believe we can make the biggest impact with. Those shortlisted will be invited to visit our Reech HQ to present their project and ambitions to the team – think Dragons Den!
- Following the presentations, we’ll select one charity to become our Reech & Reward winner, beginning a 12-month partnership designed to elevate your charity and support your mission! Then the work begins.
