Reech Media have launched the Pink Ball Challenge, in support of the ‘Race to the Meadow’ Golf Society, part of Shrewsbury Town in the Community.
Over the course of five months, Shrewsbury Town in the Community will be running four separate golf syndicate events throughout Shropshire. This is a fantastic way for Shropshire based businesses to network with like-minded people, enjoy some golf and help support a local and worthy cause.
Dates and locations of the syndicates are:
- Thursday 28th April at Arscott Golf Club
- Thursday 27th May at Church Stretton Golf Club
- Thursday 29th July at Arscott Golf Club
- Thursday 30th September at Church Stretton Golf Club
The Golf Society costs £60 per player, including 4 rounds of golf. In support of this, Reech has launched the Pink Ball Challenge, a fun way for participants to compete against one another, whilst also providing additional proceeds towards the Community. Tee-off is at 1pm and in teams of four. If players wish to compete but cannot attend all four dates, they can play at individual events for £15 per player.

Reech has supplied special pink balls, with the Reech Media logo printed, which are available for players to buy for £5 at each event. In teams, players can work their way around the course, aiming to get their pink ball successfully through the course in as few shots as possible. The total number of shots to complete the courses at all syndicates will be totalled at the final event in September, with the winning team being awarded a luxurious hamper prize.
All proceeds raised from the Pink Ball Challenge will go to Shrewsbury Town in the Community.
In addition to Race to the Meadow, Reech is also running a Pink Ball Challenge at the Annual Golf Day, to be held at Hawkstone Park on 10th June. Entry costs £200 per team, which includes a one-course buffet lunch. Tee time is 10am. The winning Pink Ball Challenge team at this event will also win a luxury hamper!
