Growth Strategist 

Your Mission: Empower clients to unlock their full potential through data-driven strategies, creative experimentation, and relentless growth. 

As a Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our growth strategy to support our business objectives. You will contribute to responding to new business opportunities, the marketing of the agency and the growth of our existing customer base. You’ll work across various channels including paid search, social media, SEO, and more to identify opportunities, experiment with new ideas, and help scale businesses. Your role is crucial in guiding our clients through strategic decision-making, using analytics and insights to drive performance and growth. 

Key Responsibilities  

New Business 

• Develop and present effective marketing strategies in response to new business opportunities. 

• Support with pitches and responses to briefs to win new business. 

• Source and support with responses to relevant tender opportunities. 

• Cultivate your own network to unearth new business opportunities. 

• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the team. 

Reech Marketing 

• Support with the delivery of the marketing plan for Reech, including brand awareness and lead generation activity. 

• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the marketing plan for Reech is delivered on time and on budget. 

Upsell/ Cross Sell 

• Support with the creation and presentation of marketing strategies to existing clients to win upsell and cross sell opportunities. 

• Perform market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, or a related field, preferably in an agency environment.  

• Extensive experience in a similar role, showcasing the ability to drive growth and deliver effective strategies for clients. 

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, analytics, and growth tactics. 

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance agency performance. 

• Demonstrated success in delivering creative and impactful marketing campaigns. 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders. 

• Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, social, etc.).
