Your mission: analyse, organise, and elevate.

Picture yourself at the heart of our agency, working across our teams to influence our financial operations and streamline our processes.

• Financial Backbone: Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless accounts payable and collection processes, taking charge of supplier invoice payments.
• Master of Time and Budget: Manage multiple timelines and deliverables with precision to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Efficiency Innovator: Showcase your attention to detail, creating invoices using Xero, circulating to clients, navigate our accounts receivable ledge and pursue late payments.
• Team Builder: Build strong working relationships across the agency to create a unified, high-performing force.
• Have Your Say: Provide expert guidance on invoice and payment queries to our valued clients, suppliers and internal teams.

In this role, you’ll contribute to our agency’s financial operations, collaborating with confidence and a dash of playfulness.
