What You’ll Be Doing 

As Digital Design Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting with the delivery of visually compelling digital experiences that resonate with our clients’ audiences and elevate their brands.  

This role will be responsible for assisting with the creation of high-quality digital projects, populating websites, conducting UAT testing and learning digital design best practices for example. This role provides the opportunity to gain digital design and UX/UI skills.

You will bring an interest in design, a passion for digital innovation, and a collaborative mindset to create outstanding visual experiences.   

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Be trained in design best practices across digital platforms, including websites and email marketing.
  • Support the creative and digital teams to deliver innovative visual solutions that align with client objectives.  
  • Support with website population, email campaign builds, collateral population and UAT testing for example. 
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure digital outputs meet client and agency standards.  
  • Work closely with account managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of digital projects.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, applying innovative approaches to digital design.
  • Support with wider design and creative work may also be required.

About You

We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm for digital design, who wants the opportunity to collaborate and learn. Ideally, you’ll bring: 

  • Experience: A keen interest or relevant qualification in digital design.
  • Skills: A basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms. An interest in UX/UI principles and responsive design.  
  • Soft-skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Exceptional communication, team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agency knowledge: An interest in web/ mobile design concepts and best practices.
  • Values: A proactive and bold approach, aligned with our ethos of innovation and impact.
