What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Technical Projects Manager at Reech, you’ll play a key role in nurturing and developing our client relationships while driving success across complex web and digital projects.  

The Technical Projects Manager will be responsible for strengthening client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of custom web and digital services. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, this role will involve overseeing the successful delivery of web and digital services, managing the full lifecycle of website and digital projects, from initial scoping and planning; to execution, delivery, content population, UAT and post-launch evaluation.  

You will bring passion for client service and proven experience in managing complex website projects.  

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and maintaining strong, positive relationships. 
  • Understand clients’ business goals and website objectives, ensuring all work relates back to their overarching strategy. 
  • Act as the client representative internally, briefing all tasks into the Heads of Department with clear KPIs and ensuring expectations are met before sharing with clients. 
  • Coordinate and lead recurring client meetings, ensuring a clear agenda, documenting actions, and following up internally to maintain progress. 

Project Management 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex web and digital projects, including complex websites and bespoke technical solutions, from initial scoping and planning to execution and delivery. 
  • Typical projects could include complex website builds, multilingual platforms, bespoke SaaS projects and integrations.
  • Monitor the progress of web and digital projects, proactively addressing potential risks and keeping clients informed about timelines and deliverables. 
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, recommending additional web and digital services to clients where appropriate. 

Delivery Support 

  • Working with the Head of Client Services to ensure SLAs are met across client communications and the website support ticket system, prioritising and scheduling work in collaboration with the relevant Head of Departments.
  • Collaborate with the Heads of Departments to ensure effective cross team resource planning.
  • Assist when required with website UAT.
  • Creating wireframes, sitemaps, and functional specifications as needed.  

Industry Knowledge and Innovation 

  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms, applying innovative strategies to client projects. 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in web processes and outcomes. 

Key Skills and Attributes 

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, focusing on complex websites and technical projects.  
  • Proven track record of managing web and digital projects from conception to launch, delivering on time and within budget. 
  • Strong understanding of website design and development processes, including UX and UI principles. 
  • Expertise in working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an advantage. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Agency or fast-paced environment experience is highly desirable. 
  • Exceptional communication, team collaboration and stakeholder management skills. 
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Proven experience in surpassing client expectations.
