Technical Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing and developing our client relationships while driving success across technical digital and web projects. This role blends a passion for client service and proven experience in managing complex digital projects, technical support and web care services.
- Client Relationship Management: Acting as the point of contact for key clients, managing communications, aligning work with goals, briefing tasks internally with clear KPIs, ensuring expectations are met, and leading structured meetings to drive progress.
- Technical Project Management: Overseeing complex digital projects from planning to delivery, managing risks, sharing client updates, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.
- Technical Support and Web Care: Overseeing the management of the support inbox, working with the team to address clients web enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical concerns as needed. Also overseeing web care retainers, tracking deliverables, providing performance reports, and recommend service improvements.
- Digital Process Improvement: Analysing trends to reduce repetitive issues, implement best practices and automation for support workflow efficiency, and assist with technical troubleshooting for web integrations, APIs, and third-party services.
About You
We’re looking for someone with expertise in technical project management who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, focusing on technical websites, and other complex digital projects with a track record of managing projects from conception to launch, delivering on time and within budget.
- Platform/Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of website design and development processes, including UX and UI principles. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management, with a strategic mindset for translating data into actionable recommendations.
