Shrewsbury Prison is an immersive dark tourism attraction offering prison tours, escape rooms and corporate bookings. However, customers were going through the entire online booking process before realising their preferred slot to visit wasn’t available.
Challenge:
Shrewsbury Prison therefore wanted to create an industry-leading ticket booking experience with visibility of real-time availability. Shrewsbury Prison wanted to put as many customers as possible behind bars by increasing bookings for its prison tours, educational trips and corporate away days.
