SH Partnerships is a new organisation (part of the Shropshire Homes Group), launched in September 2025. They deliver high-quality, sustainable, and community-led housing projects through partnerships across the Midlands. With a people-first approach and deep sector expertise, SH Partnerships works to build homes that genuinely meet community needs.

Challenge:

They entered a crowded competitive sector with limited brand awareness and needed to differentiate themselves to establish credibility with local authorities, housing associations, and development partners. Without a clear brand identity, distinct positioning, or digital presence, the business faced the risk of being overshadowed by competitors. They wanted a rapid, strategic launch to build market authority and begin generating partnership inquiries. They also wanted to make sure they stood out in their launch with a professional image and fresh messaging.
