Radfield Home Care is a national home care provider, driven by its mission to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved. Founded in 2008 and launching franchising opportunities in 2016, Radfield Home Care is on a nationwide growth journey.

Challenge:

Radfield Home Care’s aim is to become a leading provider of home care in the UK by growing their network of franchise partners. Radfield Home Care wanted to better communicate their offer to potential home care clients and franchise partners, driving leads with both of these audiences.

Solution:

Reech launched a new brand identity and messaging that resonated with the brand’s two target audiences and told its unique story. Reech also launched a new website with a multi-site framework that allowed each Radfield location to have its own dedicated website, optimised with local SEO in mind. We also worked with Radfield on building their photography and videography library and define the strategy for industry exhibitions. Since the launch, we have worked with Radfield to develop their franchise recruitment strategy across digital channels including social media, email marketing and SEO.
