Premier Modular operated with a fragmented digital infrastructure across multiple territory-specific websites, creating inconsistent user experiences and hampering lead generation efforts. Their legacy website lacked modern UX principles, struggled with search visibility, and failed to capture the momentum of their expanding market presence. With ambitious growth plans and increasing competition, they needed a unified digital strategy.
