Out of Bounds Immersive Group is a fast-growing leisure portfolio operating escape rooms and immersive experiences in Shropshire. The group required a unified brand architecture and scalable digital infrastructure to support multiple trading brands, establish market authority, and enable future growth and acquisitions.

Challenge:

Out of Bounds Immersive Group operates three organisations: Level Up Escapes, The Axe Factor, and Xscape Now. Each brand existed in isolation without a structured ecosystem to support cross-promotion, shared resources, or strategic group expansion. The company needed a unified brand identity and digital platforms to reflect the quality and innovation of the business and position itself for future acquisitions and long-term growth.

Solution:

We delivered a group-level aesthetic with flexibility for different brands. Our approach began with strategic discovery workshops to define group positioning and architecture suitable for long-term growth and acquisition. We created a unified visual identity system that allowed each brand to maintain distinctive character whilst reinforcing group coherence.

The digital infrastructure comprised bespoke WordPress websites for each brand, integrated with a shared booking system, enabling consistent user experience and operational efficiency. Each site was optimised for search and supported with dynamic photography and videography. We designed a scalable model that can accommodate new brands as the group expands, creating foundational architecture for strategic acquisitions and portfolio growth.
