Hillandale Parks is a family-owned collection of holiday parks located throughout the Midlands and Mid-Wales. They take pride in offering parks that feature beautiful gardens, scenic country walking routes and historical towns nearby. Hillandale Parks provides options for both short-term stays and holiday home ownership to families and nature-lovers alike.

Challenge:

The holiday ownership and staycation market has experienced a substantial decline in recent years, following the unprecedented boom triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic. Recognising the challenging market conditions, Hillandale Parks partnered with Reech to develop a digital lead generation strategy. The strategy needed to revive interest in holiday home ownership, boost holiday bookings, and ultimately drive business growth in a competitive leisure market.

Solution:

Reech developed a multi-channel strategy centred on paid search and paid social advertising. Our targeted paid search plan allowed Hillandale to tap into existing demand for holiday home ownership and drive highly qualified traffic to the website. Paid social complemented this to reach new audiences targeting users based on demographics, interests and online behaviour. To elevate campaign performance, we delivered a multi-day photo and video shoot to capture stunning visuals and implemented a thorough UX audit of the website to maximise conversions.
