What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Paid and Data Specialist at Reech, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategies that drive measurable client success and enhance our service offerings by improving clients’ paid campaign performance and interpreting data to make recommendations to support business goals.

This role will be responsible for managing paid search and social campaigns, crafting tailored strategies and ensuring the delivery of exceptional reporting. This role combines expert knowledge, creative problem-solving, and data-driven insights to achieve impactful outcomes.

You will bring platform and technical expertise, a proactive analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach to succeed in the role. 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, targeting, bids, and performance KPIs across all paid media channels.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with wider marketing and business goals.
  • Produce regular performance reports across paid media, SEO, website performance, and organic/paid social media.
  • Interpret data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously improve reporting frameworks and dashboards to deliver clearer insights and more efficient analysis.
  • Conduct performance audits and competitor benchmarking to identify areas for optimisation across all digital channels.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and creative performance analysis to enhance conversion rates and campaign ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features across paid media platforms.

About You

We’re looking for someone with expertise in paid campaign management and reporting, who excels in delivering results and thinking analytically. Ideally, you’ll bring: 

  • Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in a Paid Specialist or similar role, with a track record of driving results. 
  • Skills: Expertise managing paid media campaigns (eg. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (or similar) and platform-specific ad reporting tools. 
  • Reporting: Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, engagement rates etc. Experience building multi-channel reports and dashboards covering both paid and organic performance. Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Soft-skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Exceptional communication, team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agency knowledge: Experience working in an agency environment or similar fast-paced industry.
