What You’ll Be Doing

As an Organic Social Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing compelling social media strategies that drive engagement, build communities and create lasting connections with audiences. This role blends creativity, strategic thinking and a passion for storytelling to execute campaigns that align with client goals and deliver measurable results. 

• Organic Social Strategy: Develop and implement innovative organic social media strategies tailored to clients’ goals and target audiences. 

• Content Creation: Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce visually compelling and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. 

• Content Scheduling: Manage content calendars to publish engaging, platform-specific content across social channels 

• Analyse Performance: Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. 

About You

🎯 About You 

We’re looking for someone with expertise in organic social who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you’ll bring: 

• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) managing organic social media campaigns, preferably in an agency or similar environment. 

• Platform/Tech Knowledge: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including scheduling and analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). 

• Soft Skills: Strong understanding of content creation and storytelling, with the ability to adapt messaging to various platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple accounts and deadlines.
