Your mission: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while overseeing the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Are you an experienced marketing account manager with over three years’ experience, looking for an exciting new opportunity? Picture this, you’re collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing projects that meet clients’ objectives and drive business growth, getting that dopamine hit by being super organised. We are looking for someone who can perfectly blend project management skills with strategic thinking and effective communication, taking our team to the next level.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. 
  • Budget Management: Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Implement Solutions: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. 
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients to update them on campaign performance, key milestones, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Trend Setter: Stay in tune with the latest development trends and techniques to produce high quality results for our clients and clearly communicate their key messages.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Team Management: Managing and developing a close-knit team.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management or client-facing roles within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate calmness under pressure with the ability to problem solve.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools advantageous.
