
Previously Head of Client Relationships, Michelle has now transitioned into a new role as Head of Operations.
Armed with this new job title, Michelle will ensure Reech has the most effective and efficient use of technology and processes in place to drive operational efficiency, client happiness and agency success. Working in partnership with the team of Directors and all department Heads, Michelle will identify, develop and deliver a range of innovative and effective operational delivery efficiencies through technology and processes. With maximum productivity and client satisfaction in mind, Michelle will also support the Client Services Director on an operational delivery strategy that will ensure every department has the most effective processes and workflows in place.
I’m thrilled to begin my new role as Head of Operations and I’m excited to strategically identify new opportunities to improve operational efficiency and provide the highest impact on client delivery. Alongside my core responsibilities, I’m also looking forward to promoting the company’s purpose and vision whilst taking ownership of its values and strategic objectives.
