We’re pleased to have worked alongside Ling Homes, an independent housebuilder based in Wordsley, to launch the second phase of its Mossey Green development in Ketley Bank, Telford.
Working in partnership with Ling Homes, we have created the marketing assets and WordPress microsite needed to market and release the four luxury homes available on the Mossey Green development. For this project, we provided our expert services in Branding, Website Design & Development, Design & Print and Content Marketing.
Nock Deighton New Homes
All homes on the Mossey Green development are exclusively sold by Nock Deighton New Homes (the specialist division of Nock Deighton that is committed to helping buyers find their dream home). In recent months, we partnered up with Nock Deighton New Homes to become their official marketing partner, with the Mossey Green development forming as our first project. Going forward, we will market any new developments that Nock Deighton New Homes is the selling agent for.
To kickstart the project, our Studio team first got to work designing a logo and deciding on a typeface and colour palette for Mossey Green. Inspired by the development name, the primary colour used is a muted, moss green colour and is used in contrast against white for high impact.
Print & Design
In addition to finalising the brand identity, we also delivered a suite of traditional marketing materials required to launch the exclusive Mossey Green development, which included a 9-page digital brochure and on-site signage whilst construction works commenced on the development. Promoting both the properties and the geographical area of Mossey Green itself, the brochure showcases the house types in more detail and provides information on the local amenities and nearby attractions. Our Design team also created specialist brochure pages to include a site map of the plots and the location of the development.
To enhance the imagery used on both the website and the brochure, we travelled to the Mossey Green development to capture professional interior and exterior photos of the house types, the development in construction, and members of the Ling Homes team. We also visited some of the local areas, including Telford and Ironbridge, to showcase these nearby locations.
Website Development & Content Creation
Next, we designed and developed a WordPress microsite. Utilising the colour palette, typeface and photography that create the brand, the Mossey Green website is sleek yet functional, and users can easily navigate through the pages to learn more about the development or the buying process through the Nock Deighton New Homes scheme. An interactive site map also enables browsers to click on various plots and learn more about each house type.
To create the brochure and further develop this for use on the new Mossey Green website, we also provided full copywriting services. As part of this process, we conducted an informal Q&A interview with a stakeholder and gathered all of the necessary information about the house types and specifications. We also carried out research to write about the location of the development, the amenities and nearby schools, which would help to give the housebuyers a better understanding of the local area.
In line with the brand identity, we also designed several bespoke social media assets to launch and continually market the Mossey Green development online. Drawing emphasis on the different house types, the social media graphics incorporate the various branding elements for consistency with both the brochure and the look of the website.
