Role purpose

This is a new opportunity, so Reech are looking for the right person to support in the rapid sales growth of Shropshire’s leading marketing agency.


As a Client Growth Executive, you will support the Head of Client Growth in the day-to-day management of the department across new and existing clients.

• Take all initial inbound telephone sales leads.
• Answer telephone calls and welcome visitors to Reech.
• Update contacts and opportunities in TeamWork CRM.
• Manage and organise leads to ensure that all contacts are followed up within the set timescales.
• Write and distribute contracts for signature to new and existing clients
• Oversee client renewal process ensuring clients renew in a timely manner.
• Follow up on sales leads and proposals via email and telephone
• Desk research to support in creation of tender and pitch responses.
• Develop, build, and maintain relationships with customers.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions and events as required to support Reech’s sales strategy.
• General office administration such as proposals, contracts, printing etc.

Key skills and experience

• Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience
• 1 years’ sales or marketing experience is essential
• A strong interest in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing
• Strong written and spoken English, and a passion for creative writing
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Excellent time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised and an ability to multitask
• Excellent GSuite or Microsoft Office
• Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously
• Great team player
• Ability to work well under pressure

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £18k – £22k /year depending on experience
