Over the past 12 months, a brand-new, purpose-built space has been under construction in The Hay Yard at Shrewsbury Business Park. Designed as a first-of-its-kind creative hub for the region, it will be huge asset to the Reech team, our clients, and our local community too.

Welcome to The Barn…

Built to Be Bold

From day one, the project was never about just adding square footage. It was about building a creative ecosystem.

At over 4,700 square feet, The Barn will triple the size of our current rented space, and has more meeting rooms, a dedicated events space for workshops and conferences, and a fully kitted-out media studio for photo, audio, and video production.

And we’ve designed a bespoke café bar. Because clients shouldn’t have to settle for lukewarm instant coffee and dull, stuffy boardrooms.

Designed for the Future

The building is more than just aesthetically pleasing. It’s smart, efficient, and future-ready.

Built with a contemporary industrial aesthetic, including a steel frame, concrete floors, and profiled metal sheeting, The Barn is powered by sustainability, featuring:

• Natural ventilation
• EV charging points
• Rain chains to harvest water
• Hanging LED lighting
• Compliance with Part L carbon and energy standards.

And it was important to us that we partner with local experts who understand the area, share our commitment to quality, and ensure that The Barn was built on the same community-first values that have shaped Rob’s business decisions for decades. That’s why we’re proud to have worked with the likes of Matrix IDC and EDA Architects to make sure every brick, bolt, and beam was done right.

For Our Team & The Community

After more than a decade at Shrewsbury Business Park, we’ve become cemented in the area. The park is now a hub for over 70 companies in the region – easily accessible, with great visibility, and widely regarded as the town’s premier business park. So, it only made sense that we’d have our own space within the vicinity.

Since the initial planning stages, the HQ has been wholly developed with people in mind. Not just focused on where our team will work, but how they work too. Flexible breakout spaces, recreational areas, and collaboration zones have been prioritised, and every inch has been carefully crafted to inspire creativity, support teamwork, and continue to attract the very best talent.

And we’re not keeping it all to ourselves.

We’re proud to be opening our doors to the wider community – from freelancers wanting to hot desk to local charities who need access to creative facilities.

Reech was built in Shropshire, for Shropshire. And we’re here to further raise the bar regionally (and nationally too!).

A Creative Legacy

From very early in his career, Rob recalls a boss claiming that one of his biggest regrets was never purchasing his own office building. That conversation stuck with Rob for decades and lit a fire in his belly to build something permanent that reflected Reech’s identity and a legacy he could be proud of.

The building, known as The Barn at The Hay Yard, is a nod to Rob’s agricultural upbringing and firm roots here in Shropshire.

But more than that, it’s a physical embodiment of everything he has worked hard to achieve and believes in: creativity, innovation, and ambition. As a design-led creative HQ, rooted in the values that have driven Rob through his 15+ years of entrepreneurship, it has the scope and scalability to truly take our agency to the next level.

The Next Chapter Starts Now

Construction is almost complete, and we will be moving into our new home by the end of August.

Rob said: “I’ve spent over 15 years building a business here in Shropshire – one set to rival bigger city agencies – because this is my home and a county that I’m immensely proud of. To now be able to invest in a permanent office space in the area is a huge achievement for me, and a long-term goal that I’ve possessed for over a decade.

“Owning my own piece of corporate Shropshire is more than a business decision for me. It’s about creating a lasting legacy and a first-of-its-kind creative hub for our town.

“We can’t wait to welcome clients and the community to our brand-new Reech HQ, and to start this exciting new chapter for the agency.”
