Head of Growth
What You’ll Be Doing
As Head of Growth you will lead the agency’s new business and sales activities, using your strong interpersonal skills and marketing expertise. Reporting to the Agency Director, you’ll be accountable for driving new business development and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
This role blends commercial strategy, strong sales performance and client insight to build scalable revenue streams, strengthen our client base and champion growth across the agency.
New Business Growth
- Identify and qualify potential clients that align with the Reech ideal client profile through proactive lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline capable of delivering consistent, predictable revenue growth across both service retainers and projects.
- Keep the company CRM system up to date.
- Develop and maintain high-level client relationships.
- Develop strategic partnerships that produce qualified leads.
- Manage the sales cycle through to close, through the creation of compelling proposals, delivering presentations.
- Attend industry and networking events.
- Manage your own diary.
- Work with the Agency Director to identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Work with Agency Director to align sales efforts with marketing strategy.
Industry Knowledge and Innovation
- Stay up to date with emerging sales and marketing trends, tools, and platforms, applying innovative strategies to client campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes.
About You
We’re looking for someone with expertise in new business development who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in a growth or business development role, ideally in a marketing or creative agency.
- Results: Proven ability to implement growth strategies that deliver measurable results. Strong sales skills and proven track record of delivering consistent growth.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A strategic thinker with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations. Proven experience in surpassing client expectations.
- Commerciality: Financial acumen and commercial mindset, with a focus on ROI and profitability.
- Platform Knowledge: Innovative thinker with a solid understanding of sales methodologies, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing trends.
