This collaborative spirit was evident with Canon Production Printing – we were tasked with spearheading the development of graphiPLAZA, a customer-centric hub that has since transformed the way the company connects with its global community.

What is graphiPLAZA?

Launched in 2020, graphiPLAZA is a bespoke-built worldwide knowledge-sharing platform.

Designed to connect Canon Production Printing experts, partners, and customers, it’s the number one resource for the industry – empowering users to streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and consolidate resources in one centralised space.

This dynamic platform enables its thriving community of over 2,500 industry professionals across the globe to connect and collaborate, exchange best practices, access software updates, and download relevant resources – all while staying ahead of the curve by uncovering the latest market trends.

The Evolution of graphiPLAZA

2019

The graphiPLAZA journey began.

Our Managing Director, Rob, and Technical Director flew out to the Netherlands to meet the Canon Production Printing team and pitch for the opportunity, up against industry-leading agencies from across Europe.

We were incredibly proud to win the contract: a pioneering project that has since allowed us to innovate on a global scale.  

2020

Reech’s technical specialists worked alongside the Canon Production Printing team to design and develop the graphiPLAZA platform – including integrating APIs to allow members to find and download collateral, access media, and centralise Canon’s expansive library of user and technical documentation.

We conducted extensive user testing and implemented custom analytics to track journeys and uptake, creating an easy-to-navigate destination for Canon customers to search, share and communicate.

The result? A staggering 79% increase in website users year-on-year, driven by the launch of key features like forums, software updates, and the ability for partners to order internal sales materials directly through the site.

2023

As an industry built upon creativity, ambition and innovation, we were all committed to continuous improvement. We harnessed feedback to push the platform’s innovation even further, sparking a natural evolution of the site.

So, our dedicated team went to the Netherlands to present graphiPLAZA 2.0…

2024

…which was officially released in November 2024.

With a deeper understanding of our users’ needs, we were able to enhance the back-end performance and expand the resources available to provide a faster, more personalised, and intuitive version.

Key improvements include:

  • A more customised user experience, enabling users to favourite resources, subscribe to communities, and tailor personal profiles
  • Integration with Canon Production Printing’s broader network, allowing seamless access to real-time information and updates
  • A future-proof design that allows for continuous growth, with new resources being added regularly.
