Digital Projects Assistant 

What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Digital Projects Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in delivering successful digital projects across a wide range of clients. Supporting the Digital Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately. This role blends strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn with a strong interest in websites to deliver amazing websites for our clients.  

• Client Relationship Management: Supporting with the day-to-day client communication, building a strong relationship with our clients.  
• Project Management: Assisting the Digital Projects Manager to project manage website builds and other digital projects.  
• Delivery Support: Actioning content population for websites and UAT.  
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Supporting the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns. 

About You

We’re looking for someone with a passion for websites and project management, who is willing to learn and develop their career, who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you’ll bring: 

• Experience: This is an entry-level role therefore having a passion for websites and learning quickly is required, we will provide all training needed. Transferable skills such as proven organisation skills, attention to detail and taking initiative are desired.   

• Platform/Tech Knowledge: Basic familiarity with mail marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Monday.com, Asana) as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office.  

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, proactive approach, problem solving, ability to ask questions.
