What You’ll Be Doing 

As Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in aligning department goals with organisational objectives and driving outstanding results for clients or stakeholders.   

This role requires strategic thinking and performance analysis to oversee project delivery, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure both client and team satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic thinker, ensuring the agency stays at the forefront of industry standards.     

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Collaborate with the delivery teams within the agency, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.  
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the agency delivery, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. 
  • Manage the software stack within the Delivery department, training of team members and working closely with other internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables for all departments, monitoring performance against scopes of work, timelines, SLA’s and milestones. 
  • Ensure the highest quality standards for all outputs from the agency. 
  • Oversee time input and monitor billable versus non-billable efforts to optimise productivity. 
  • Review agency wide capacity and escalate the need for additional resources. 

About You

We’re looking for someone with expertise in project management, who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you’ll bring: 

  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior project delivery role.  
  • Skills: Expertise in related to project management, such as Teamwork and Float.
  • Soft-skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Exceptional communication, team collaboration and stakeholder management skills. A strategic thinker with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.  
  • Agency knowledge: Experience working in an agency environment or similar fast-paced industry.
